Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes. We ship both within and outside the EU. Availability depends on the destination and order details, so please contact us to confirm delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times are estimates and depend on production, destination, and transport method. Standard deliveries are typically completed within a few business days after dispatch, while bulk or B2B sea freight orders may take several weeks, sometimes up to 45 days.

Will I have to pay customs, VAT, or import duties?

Customs, import duties, and applicable taxes are typically included in the total price. For business customers, this is confirmed in the order confirmation or quotation. For consumers, applicable taxes and delivery costs are shown at checkout. Any exceptions are clearly stated before the order is confirmed.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information is normally provided automatically for consumer orders once the shipment is dispatched. For business orders, tracking information may be provided upon request due to longer lead times and multi-stage transport.

Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to return a product?

Consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. If local law grants a longer period, we honor that.

What are the conditions for a return?

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made desks are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Defective products are handled under our Warranty and Claims policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

How do I start a return?

Warranty & Claims

What warranty do you offer?

Our products include a commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty duration varies by product and component and is described in detail in our Warranty and Claims policy. The warranty is provided in addition to statutory rights.

What is not covered under warranty?

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, environmental damage (e.g. water or heat exposure), and third-party repairs are not covered.

How do I make a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim, visit our Contact page and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos where relevant. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Who pays for shipping on warranty claims?

Ergolyx normally covers shipping costs for approved warranty repairs or replacements. If an item is returned for inspection and no defect is found, return shipping may be charged to the customer.

What are my legal rights?

Your warranty is in addition to statutory rights—EU customers have at least a 2-year legal guarantee for faulty goods.
