Refund policy

Effective date: 25 September 2026

This policy explains the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers and Ergolyx’s voluntary return period. The statutory and voluntary periods are separate and have different conditions.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day after delivery. If your order is delivered in separate packages or shipments, the period begins on the day after the final package or shipment is delivered.

How to Notify Us

To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, use our online Withdrawal and Return Form or email support@ergolyx.com.

Your notice must clearly identify your order and the products you wish to withdraw. You do not need to provide a reason, and exercising your statutory right of withdrawal does not require Ergolyx’s approval.

You may also use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy.

When you submit the online form, we will send you a saveable acknowledgement identifying the products concerned and the date and time your notice was received.

Returning the Products

You must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you hand the products to the carrier before the 14-day period expires.

If Ergolyx arranges collection, you must suitably package the products and make them available on the agreed collection date. You remain responsible for the products until they are handed to our appointed carrier.

If you arrange the return yourself, you must follow our return instructions and use a suitable tracked and adequately insured carrier. You remain responsible for the products until they are received at the designated return location.

Do not return products to Ergolyx’s registered address or directly to a warehouse without first receiving return instructions.

Return Costs

For change-of-mind returns during statutory days 1–14 and voluntary days 15–30, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.

If Ergolyx arranges collection, we may deduct the actual direct return-transport cost from your refund, up to €50 including applicable VAT per returned parcel.

You may instead arrange the return yourself using a suitable tracked and adequately insured carrier, in which case you pay that carrier directly.

Ergolyx pays necessary return-transport costs where products are defective, damaged on delivery or supplied incorrectly.

Handling and Diminished Value

You may inspect a product as you would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

If you handle or use the product beyond what is necessary for that purpose, you are responsible for any resulting reduction in value.

After inspecting the returned product, Ergolyx may deduct an amount corresponding to that reduction in value from your refund.

Refunds

Subject to the withholding right below, we will issue any refund due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided valid evidence that they were handed to an established carrier for return to our designated return location. This does not apply where Ergolyx has agreed to collect the products.

If you withdraw from your entire order, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for that order. Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method is not refundable.

Voluntary Return Period: Days 15–30

In addition to your statutory withdrawal rights, Ergolyx offers consumers a voluntary return period from day 15 until day 30 after delivery.

The voluntary period begins from the same date as the statutory period. If an order is delivered in separate packages or shipments, it begins on the day after the final package or shipment is delivered.

To qualify for this voluntary extension, the product must be complete, unused, unassembled and in its original condition. It must be returned in its original packaging with all protective materials, accessories, manuals, components and hardware. Factory-applied protective films and labels must remain intact.

You must submit your request no later than day 30. If the return qualifies, you must hand the products to the carrier or make them available for collection within 14 days after we send the return instructions.

This voluntary extension does not limit or replace your statutory rights.

Business Customers

The statutory and voluntary consumer return rights described in this policy apply only to consumers.

Business customers have no right to cancel or return an order merely because they have changed their mind, unless Ergolyx agrees otherwise in writing.

Products manufactured, cut, drilled, finished or otherwise adapted to a business customer’s agreed specifications cannot be cancelled or returned once procurement, production or customisation has begun. Before that point, a cancellation request is effective only when confirmed by Ergolyx in writing and may be subject to reasonable costs already incurred.

This does not affect any rights relating to products that are defective or do not conform to the agreed specifications.

Any specific cancellation or return terms contained in a quotation, order confirmation or separately negotiated contract take precedence over this section.
